If you choose to freeze your “Centrepiece” cake follow these easy rules:
- Remove all decorations
- Remove from Cake plate
- Wrap cake with several layers of plastic wrap
(be sure that there is no air trapped inside) - Then wrap with a layer of aluminium foil
- Place cake in box provided
To defrost:
- 24hours prior to eating cake
- Remove from freezer and place into refrigerator
- Then place it on your kitchen counter for another few hours to bring it to room temperature
